Read-only purpose

Observes the Venus BSC Core Pool account-liquidity surface for a public account reference and, only when documented values reconcile, reports an independently calculated collateral ratio and its placement relative to a caller warning ratio.

warningRatio is optional, defaults to 1.25, and is bounded from 1.00 through 3.00. The account is a public reference only. No unknown field, chain, contract, or RPC parameter is accepted.

Safe activation

Activation means initiating one bounded read-only assessment and receiving an off-chain evidence receipt. It does not monitor continuously or deposit, repay, withdraw, liquidate, or act for the account.

Evidence and receipt

The AssessmentReceipt identifies chain 56, normalized input, status, protocol liquidity or shortfall, entered markets, reconstructed values when supported, pinned block number and timestamp when available, allowlisted contracts, primary source links, retrieval time, explicit unknowns and limitations, and a deterministic receipt digest. The digest is not a signature.

Scope, limitations, and unknowns

BSC mainnet only, using the Core Pool. Independent reconstruction is limited to entered core-vUSDC and core-vUSDT markets. Pending transactions, accrued interest, later prices, oracle movement, protocol changes, unqueried markets, account authority, and liquidation timing remain unknown.
