Read-only purpose

Observes current supply-rate, cash, borrow, reserve, identity, and decimal data for a small fixed allowlist of Venus BSC Core Pool stablecoin markets. It may identify only the highest observed displayed supply rate among the queried allowlisted markets.

markets is optional and defaults to both markets. No unknown field, address, chain, or RPC parameter is accepted.

Safe activation

Activation means initiating one bounded read-only assessment and receiving an off-chain evidence receipt. It does not allocate, supply, withdraw, or move assets.

Evidence and receipt

The AssessmentReceipt identifies chain 56, normalized input, status, market observations, conversion assumptions, pinned block number and timestamp when available, allowlisted contracts, primary source links, retrieval time, explicit unknowns and limitations, and a deterministic receipt digest. The digest is not a signature.

Scope, limitations, and unknowns

BSC mainnet only, using the Core Pool and limited to core-vUSDC and core-vUSDT. Rates are point-in-time displays, not persistent returns. Incentives, liquidity beyond contract cash, governance, oracle risk, eligibility, market risk, and user-specific suitability are not assessed.
